Purpose of Role

As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for testing front to back solutions to complex solution components (e.g., functional, system, integration, end-to-end, regression, etc). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements are closely monitored by working with the project teams.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and translate functional requirements to create and execute test cases for DXP configurator and its new features.
• Actively participate in requirements reviews, gain an understanding of functional specifications. Responsible for creation, design, and execution of test strategies, including writing test plans, test cases and test scenarios and Identify as many defects as possible to deliver a quality product to our client.
• Analyze Functional Requirements and Business Specification as part of Testing on earliest stages of SDLC.
• Perform all aspects of verification, including integration testing, functional testing, and regression testing.
• Participate in production validation and support as needed.
• Create effective test data to ensure successful testing in the production environment.
• Coordinate with team members: Developers, Scrum masters, BAs for any issues encountered during testing

Skills and Experience Required:

• At least 2 years as a Test/Quality Assurance Analyst and experience on web cloud-based platform
• At least 1 year experience in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods
• Problem-solving skills – have strong problem-solving skills that allows to test software, identify bugs, and solve errors
• Test automation experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree
