Job Role and Responsibilities:
As a Project Assistant, you will be responsible but not limited to helping the Engineering lead in coordinating and monitoring different project priorities, organizing project schedules, creating project presentations and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Engineering Lead and collaborate with Scrum Masters, BAs and DXP leads to
get the status of the priority topics - Supports Engineering Lead to keep track the status and progress of DXP deliverables
- Help supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
- Assist in DXP administrative tasks assigned by Engineering Lead
- Cascade the action items and monitor the progress of the tasks
- Ensuring project deadlines are met
- Providing administrative support as needed
Skills and Experience Required:
- 3 to 5 years experience in Project Management and at least 2 years exposure in Digital or IT
organization with a demonstrated ability to lead projects through successful completion - Able to pick up technical solutions quickly
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking skills
- Agile delivery exposure is an advantage but not required
- A high level of personal responsibility and self-discipline
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
