Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Establish and run the master data management program for the global organization.
- Help set the master data management strategy and technical design, schemas and structure for the Business’ data.
- Building the data governance framework and data quality management end-to-end processes.
- Develop universal data governance framework guidelines and templates.
- Engage with stakeholders and project teams across the business to catalogue data.
- Manage the chosen master data management software solution.
- Support and engage business users in using the data catalogue to find data.
Minimum qualifications:
You will have real-world, hand-on experience of developing and deploying Meta Data Management programs and governance in a complex organization.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer-Related courses, Mathematics or Statistics
- Degree in a technical or data-related subject is a bonus.
Work Experience
- 2+ years of working experience in a data management or data analysis.
- Hand-on experience of working with data of various types for analysis and reporting.
- Appreciation for the importance of good data management and data quality within a global organization.
Technical skills
- Creative and strategic thinker, innovative problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience of working with master data management technologies (examples: Informatica, Collibra, Azure Data Catalog) is a bonus.
Leadership and communication - Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ambitious with a desire to move up within the organization in a data-related role.
- Proactive and able to work within an ambiguous environment.
