ROLE PURPOSE 

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, designing data schemas, writing technical documentation, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making across the organization. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and help drive growth.
 

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Analyse data using statistical techniques, Excel, SQL, Python, and software tools. 
• Interpret data, identify trends, and develop insights that can drive business decisions. 
• Design and maintain data schemas to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility. 
• Write clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation to support data analysis and management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations. 
• Develop and maintain data models to support business needs. 
• Identify data quality issues and develop solutions to address them. 
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness by performing regular data audits. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.  

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science. 
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, schema design, technical documentation, or a related field. 
• Proficient in SQL, advanced Excel, and basic knowledge of Python. 
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and completeness. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
