PURPOSE OF ROLE

Responsible for the project management and coordination of task for the agile teams. Primary focus will be organizing the tasks, maintaining the JIRA board and scheduled deliveries. Work with other engineers and developers on different layers of the infrastructure. Commitment to meet target dates and deliveries, daily follow up of the team activities, escalate when is needed for any blocker and help to find ways to mitigate risks to achieve dates. 

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction 
• Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework 
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Prior experience on a scrum team
• Experience with successful Agile techniques
• 3+ years of experience being in a Scrum Master Lead role
