FRONT END WEB DEVELOPER

PURPOSE OF ROLE

Responsible for the development and maintenance of Inchcape web applications. Primary focus will be custom Inchcape development and integration with third party services. Work with other engineers and developers on different layers of the infrastructure. Commitment to collaborate problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES

  • Integrate the front-end components to different host websites
  • Customize the UI/UX of the components to align with the host website
  • Propose and implement new tools, best practices and methodologies
  • Conduct code reviews
  • Use of Jira and Confluence to keep work status and technical documentation updated

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 3-5 years experience in ReactJS
  • Experiencing architecting and coding front end apps (at least 5 years)
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 and CSS pre-compiler (e.g., SASS/LESS)
  • Excellent knowledge of ES6+ and/or Typescript
  • Experience with version control tools like Git
  • Ability to write high performance, reusable and testable code
