PURPOSE OF ROLE 

Responsible for translating the business requirements for products and services into components that will be understood by the technical teams. The main goal is to structure the requirements, document business processes and facilitate the implementation, resulting in IT products and services that will meet the business requirements and improve the business operation and customer experience. 

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Cooperate with the Scrum Master team in managing projects 
• Liaise with administrators, developers and business staff to ensure the requirements are fully understood and properly implemented
• Act as the linking pin between technical and business representatives 
• Support the implementation of projects including documentation and testing
• Manage business requirements monitoring the scope of the solution, analysing the system functionality to identify risks and gaps, provide alternative solutions and give recommendations prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements 
• Create and document use cases based on requirements 
• Conduct training and support users for the software solutions that the team provides as handover 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Experience in Requirement Management 
• Validate requirements on completeness and consistency 
• Interview techniques
• Experience in Atlassian platform (JIRA, Confluence) 
• 2+ years Agile experience 
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
