Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect

Purpose of Role:

To be able to guide the company in the best architectural practices when implementing SFDC Sales and Marketing Clouds.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Salesforce cross-functional teams to ensure users/customers are successful with our platform.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Work closely with admins and devs to guide implementation projects to follow Salesforce standard methodologies and align with our product roadmap, so resulting solutions meet our long-term business objectives
  • Deliver technical consulting and advisory services, including technical workshops, design / code reviews, architecture workshops, training and enablement to devs and admins, development work, product extensions / integrations, solution & performance optimizations, and supporting ad-hoc technical queries
  • Assess business & technology requirements, and translate into technical solutions
  • Engagements may also include planning, organization, and leadership roles
  • Continuously developing your personal expertise on Salesforce Industries Platform Cloud, related products and technologies.
  • Giving to thought-leadership, and sharing knowledge / standard processes

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Experience in designing, programming, and operating large scale IT services
  • Experienced in developing/implementing SFDC Sales and Marketing clouds
  • Specific experience in Agile (scaled) software development or other best in class development practices.
  • Experienced with Devops

    • Business Process Design
    • Worked in the automotive industry, perhaps as a consultant
    • Knowledge of Spanish – English
